Attorney Su's distinguished career spans over two decades, where he has held senior management positions in government sector and multinational corporations, specializing in legal affairs, marketing, and supply chain management. His extensive expertise includes investment and mergers, risk mitigation, equity transfer, personnel and labor relations, corporate dissolution, and bankruptcy liquidation. Currently, he serves as the legal counsel for multiple enterprises, adept at resolving various commercial disputes and establishing corporate compliance systems. Moreover, he is actively involved in community grassroots legal governance, possessing a solid theoretical foundation in this field and excelling in resolving various disputes such as property management and family affairs.

- The East China Lawyers' Forum was initially known as the "East China Regional Lawyers' Practice Experience Exchange Meeting", inaugurated in 1981 in Shanghai. Since 2003, it has been rebranded as the East China Lawyers' Forum and is now organized on a rotating basis by the bar associations of six provinces and one municipality (Shanghai, Jiangsu, Anhui, Fujian, Zhejiang, Shandong, and Jiangxi) within the region. It stands today as one of the most extensive, time-honored, and influential regional lawyers' forums in our country.
