The 15th East Asian Insolvency and Restructuring Forum was held in Osaka, Japan on November 16-17, 2024. Over 100 guests from China, Japan, and South Korea gathered for a two-day conference to discuss group bankruptcy, financial institution bankruptcy, financing for bankrupt enterprises, and the future of insolvency and restructuring in the East Asian region.
