Ultimately, after the case went through labour arbitration, first instance, and second instance, the court dismissed several requests made by the former legal affairs minister, including requests for the company to pay year-end bonuses and salaries.
- 4. Represented ** Famous Catering Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in a second instance contractual dispute with Shanghai ** Management Co., Ltd. Despite the fact that our client lost the first instance judgment (our client had to pay management fees to the opposing party and could not recover the substantial lease deposit), we were entrusted with the case and, through extensive evidence collection and communication, ultimately persuaded the second instance court to reverse the judgment, ordering the opposing party to refund our client's lease deposit.
- 5. Acted on behalf of a renowned software company in suing an ex-company employee for plagiarizing the company's game software and operating a game platform through another company. We successfully obtained pre-litigation preservation of infringing evidence, identified the fact of plagiarism of most source files through expert identification, and ultimately achieved a satisfactory outcome in the handling of the case.
- 6. For the Bund project jointly developed by Shanghai ** Group and ** Real Estate Development Company, after the project was completed, both parties disputed the ownership of each building in the project. ** Group believed that ownership should be determined according to the contract by the building number, while ** Real Estate Development Company believed that the group's ownership should be confirmed by the floor area in the construction engineering construction drawings. The disputed subject matter involved a total amount of hundreds of millions of yuan. In this case, I provided legal services to my client and helped them secure their due benefits.
