• 1) Representing a reputable top-tier fund firm, handled pursuit cases to the underlying assets. Among these significant cases, the principal value involved were 1.6 billion yuan, 320 million yuan, 200 million yuan, 198 million yuan, and 60 million yuan respectively. All but two cases are currently under judicial review, with the remaining ones having secured favorable judgments/rulings;
• 2) Represented a major central enterprise in handling business negotiations and drafting legal documents for the acquisition and sale of hotel equity investments. Simultaneously, managed related litigation arising from this incident, involving a principal value of 300 million yuan. Due to thorough consideration of potential litigation and targeted prevention, the corresponding litigation ultimately secured a favorable judgment;
• 3) Represented a listed bank in handling financial loan contract disputes, involving a principal value of 160 million yuan, securing a favorable judgment;
• 4) Represented a large private investment company (initiated by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce) in handling equity repurchase matters, involving a principal value of more than 90 million yuan, ultimately securing a favorable judgment;
• 5) Represented a quasi-financial institution in handling equity repurchase matters, involving a principal value of more than 70 million yuan, ultimately securing a favorable judgment;
• 6) Represented a German enterprise in handling sales contract disputes and subsequent cases demanding joint and several liability from shareholders for corporate identity confusion, involving a principal value of more than 15 million yuan. This case was supervised by the Zhejiang Provincial Higher People's Court and was one of the few successful cases to pierce the corporate veil and hold shareholders accountable, which has created significant social influence and a significant case demonstration effect;
• 7) Represented a listed company in handling software development dispute cases with another listed company, which was appealed to the Supreme People's Court and ultimately reached a satisfactory settlement;
• 8) Represented the world's only two largest container transportation enterprise in handling contract disputes, ultimately achieving a settlement under various litigation strategies of the lawyer;
• 9) Represented a large supermarket (originally a wholly foreign-owned enterprise, later acquired by a central enterprise) in handling supplier-retailer disputes, some of which were reversed through retrial after unfavorable first instance and second instance judgments, establishing rules that became the standard for handling supplier-retailer disputes in Jiangsu and Zhejiang regions for a certain period;
• 10) Represented multiple small loan companies and factoring companies affiliated with domestic and foreign listed companies in handling batch loan disputes;
• 11) Represented multiple finance leasing companies in handling batch finance lease contract disputes;
• 12) Represented a bank and a small loan company in handling batch mortgage loan dispute cases;
• 13) Represented multiple insurance companies in handling batch insurance subrogation disputes;
• 14) Represented a listed company in handling batch copyright dispute cases;
• 15) Represented other large domestic and foreign enterprises that cannot be disclosed according to confidentiality agreements in handling major or routine dispute resolution matters.
