Attorney Wu Haiyin, graduated from Shanghai University in 2000, obtaining a B.S. degree in Communication Engineering and a Master of Laws degree in Intellectual Property Law. He commenced his legal career in 2001, providing legal services to numerous large-sized enterprises and public listed companies in the fields of electronics, telecommunications, real estate, environmental governance, etc. He has extensive experience in intellectual property litigation (including patent, trademark, copyright, and anti-unfair competition), and is proficient in handling non-litigation matters such as technology transactions, patent searches and evaluations, brand strategies, etc. He enjoys a stellar reputation among peers and clients. In terms of daily legal affairs for enterprises, he has long-term collaborations with clients including Philips Electronics (China), Yida Ruite Stationery (Shanghai), UnionPay Co., Ltd., Zizhu Hi-tech Park, and Shanghai International Medical Center, etc. He possesses a profound understanding of the operation processes and compliance construction of state-owned, foreign-funded, and private enterprises, and the professionalism of related legal services has been highly praised by clients.

- Achieved a full victory in the "Capdino" series trademark infringement case;
- Represented the plaintiff in the trademark infringement case between China UnionPay Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Huixing Investment Management Co., Ltd., which was named one of the top ten intellectual property cases of Zhenjiang Intermediate People's Court in 2016;
- In the case of Cai Langchun v American Standard China Co., Ltd., acted as the exclusive counsel for American Standard China and successfully concluded the lawsuit.
