On November 21-23, 2024, our Vice Director and Senior Partner Yu Yuanliang attended the annual conference of ECOVIS Global Partners in Dubai. ECOVIS is a leading global professional consulting firm, with core businesses in tax consulting, accounting, auditing, and legal consulting, and currently has over 11,000 members in more than 90 countries worldwide. Shanghai K-Insight Law Firm is a member of ECOVIS in China.
Mr. Yu and German lawyer Jin Wang shared a successful case of cross-border cooperation with the general assembly. K-Insight Law Firm provided legal services to clients from international trade litigation, damages to shareholder interests, bankruptcy liquidation, and criminal prosecution, to protect their legitimate rights and interests. This case showed K-Insight’s solid professional capabilities and serious and responsible professional spirit.
Mr. Yu also participated in three sub-forums, including a forum on lawyer cooperation, a forum on mergers and acquisitions, and a forum on lawyer marketing, where he shared China's experience in legal practice and market expansion.
Mr. Yu and the partners from other countries who attended the meeting conducted comprehensive and thorough communication on the legal system, judicial practices, business cooperation, and investment introduction of their respective countries and regions. It is expected that ECOVIS's international network will provide Chinese enterprises with comprehensive services in legal, accounting, and auditing, while K-Insight can also provide comprehensive legal services for foreign and overseas investors who want to run business in China.
