The 15th East Asian Insolvency and Restructuring Forum was held in Osaka, Japan on November 16-17, 2024. Over 100 guests from China, Japan, and South Korea gathered for a two-day conference to discuss group bankruptcy, financial institution bankruptcy, financing for bankrupt enterprises, and the future of insolvency and restructuring in the East Asian region. The East Asia Bankruptcy and Restructuring Forum is held annually and alternates between China, Japan and South Korea. At this forum, foreign guests use academic exchange as a bridge to gain insights into the achievements of building a rule-of-law business environment.
