On the afternoon of November 14, 2024, Attorney Yang Wenxin of our firm was invited by Professor Liu Jinhe, a doctoral supervisor at Peking University, to go to Beijing and give a special legal lecture with the topic of "Frontiers of Copyright Practice" to the postgraduate of the School of Journalism and Communication of Peking University.
This lecture is a special professional lecture for the compulsory course "News and Communication Policy, Regulations and Ethics". This course emphasizes the combination of theory and practice, and invites government officials, experts, and experienced lawyers to give lectures and engage in interactive discussions with students on hot issues.
During the lecture, Attorney Yang focused on the key theoretical knowledge of copyright law and analyzed related laws and regulations. Through interactive questioning, analysis of cutting-edge cases, and sharing of his own case experience, he stimulated the students' legal thinking and helped them understand the legal logic behind the relevant content, achieving good results and feedback.
